Hello! I am Tom Sullivan, founder and lead marketing sapien at Westward Marketing Lab. I’m a data-driven creative and digital marketing strategist blending performance media, AI innovation, and SaaS tools to shape go-to-market strategies for clients. From building custom GPTs to optimizing high-converting ad campaigns, I bring technical precision and creative strategy together to solve problems and scale results.
In 2015, I founded Westward Marketing Lab to integrate traditional marketing principles with the latest marketing technologies. With over 30 years of experience in marketing, product management, and sales across many B2B and B2C sectors, I have dedicated my career to understanding the psychology of brand development and consumer behavior, allowing us to craft strategies that resonate deeply with ICPs (target audiences).
